Never Won A Shoot Out

I read 'The death of Bunny Munro' a few months ago, which is a tragic modern day tale set in Cave's hometown of Brighton. 'And the ass saw the angel' is a totally different fish. It's one of those books which you read ever so slowly, savouring every sentence. I have the revised version (Cave has made several changes and ammendments to his original novel written over 20years ago). Almost finished...I'll let you know.

Two Minds Later

Finished the Bike Snob book this week. I really enjoyed it, even the fixed gear bashing towards the end. Specifically though, I suppose, he is targeting the hipsters, hating on their super narrow bars and all the fashion shit. He pokes fun of every type of cyclist and it's intelligent and informed writing throughout. Get a copy if you can. (I can lend you mine, if you like).
